The Chairman of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Lagos State Chapter, Ambassador Olatutu Oladunni, alongside members of the Executive Committee (EXCO), has extended warm felicitations to Muslim and Christian faithful across Lagos State as they commence the sacred observances of Ramadan and Lent.
In her goodwill message, Amb. Oladunni described both seasons as profound periods of spiritual renewal, self-discipline, sacrifice, and deeper devotion to faith and humanity. She noted that Ramadan and Lent present unique opportunities for reflection, reconciliation, and recommitment to the values that foster peaceful coexistence and societal growth.
She urged adherents of both faiths to use the solemn period to pray for sustained peace, unity, and progress in Lagos State and Nigeria as a whole.
